Is your system heated up and boiling at highest degree and you're restless? Just calm down

Maybe the results of your expectation was not met and it is as if you are a total failure.  Just calm down

But has someone insulted you and see you as useless? You know you are not useless anyway, so just calm

Well, maybe there was a disappointment by someone you trusted or even your team members, just calm down

You desire for something and you didn't get it yet. Just calm down

In fact all your friends all employed, married and having kids and maybe you are nowhere near them. You're you and they are them. Just calm down.

Probably you're broken hearted; someone has twisted your heart and you're desperate and anxious to start a new life to hurt your ex. Hey if you rush, you might crush. Just calm down

Maybe it's something different which is causing you want to tear yourself apart.

My dear lovely friend.....it's not over....
